- To prevent forum spam - (we use IPinfoDB and ProjectHoneyPot to ascertain whether a newly registered user is genuine or not)

Sending personal information via our website is done so at your own risk, we cannot guarantee the security of information sent in this way.
Once we have received your information we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information to prevent unauthorised
access or improper use. Our security procedures mean that we may at our discretion request proof of identity before we are able to disclose information to you.

Protecting the under-age
As a matter of precaution, a member of the
website administration team will monitor personal messages sent through the phpBB built in PM system.
This is purely to ensure the safety of our younger members and to remove potentially harmful users from our site.
At no point will such monitoring have any baring or carry any weight against a user until such material is found that could be deemed
a potential risk to other users, this includes messages of hate, violance, comments of racism or hurtful stereotyping.
Changes to our Privacy Policy
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page, our front page and on our forums.
We will also send an email notifying you of any changes, and update the Privacy Policy modification date below.
A reason for the modification to the policy will also be stated clearly just below the modification date.
We do however, reserve the right not to send email notificaction to our users about privacy policy changes, where such
changes do not directly effect our users (such as layout, graphical or spelling), though these changes will be logged
as the modification reason for referrence.
